Cravings

Right now I have a craving for peanuts butter!  I am still very full from dinner.  I had plenty of fruits as I want to reduce my weight.  However, although my stomach feels bloated and full, I crave for a peanut butter sandwich.  I feel deprived.  No wonder my weight can only go one way....UP!  It is crazy.  Women are a lot more discipline and resilience when come to dieting.  My wife is a great example.  I have ex-colleagues who can just stop eating.  Again they are females.

I need to reduce my weight significantly.  Yet, it is not working.  How do I simply stop my weakness for food?

Eat as much as you wish but only those food that are non carbo and less sugary and non fried stuff then you will be ok.
