 Learn to appreciate small things in my life.

Stop worrying about inconsequential matters

Slow down on snacks and other unhealthy food

Start exercising more.


Gratitude

 A letter of Gratitude increases happiness.  


So, I am writing this note and publishing in my blog.  

My best friend is my wife.  She stick to me through thick and thin.  In sickness and in health.  Our boys are growing up well and do well in their school and work.  She deserves all the credits.  I like to make her laugh and sing my off tune songs.  Once we even tried duet.  The act of working on the duet is very rewarding.

Water Melon Fresh, Water Melon Sweet!!

We harvested the water melon as the leaves have all withered.  It is quite sweet!
