B3 woke up not feeling well. Mummy gave him medicine before sending him to school. Late afternoon, he sends a sms to tell mummy that he is sick. So we send him to Mt Alvernia after picking him up from school. He is in bad shape and needed to sleep while waiting to see the doctor. He has fever, sore throat and congested nose.
The medical fees is scary. Just for simple flu cost more than $100. The doctor wanted to do testing and it will cost another $100. It is so unaffordable to fall sick in Singapore. I can understand the big clamour in the internet over our government failure on this front. It is very hefty burden for Singaporeans to live in Singapore! How can we get relief? I will not be surprise if more votes swing to Opposition in the next election. It will be very deserving for the incumbents to know the pain it is inflict on the people who allow them to be their leaders.
