It is 7am and what a dreary morning. Dark clouds and rain. Weather is cool and I am up doing blogging. I am glad my scheduled call is cancelled. It is holiday in US.
It is reflection time. I am glad to be seeking happiness nowaday. Count 3 blessings at the end of everyday. Do a good turn for others - relatives or strangers. My happiness therapy includes cooking and eating. I just need to exercise a lot more to get rid of the calories. Meditate for calmness and joy.
