Yesterday's Event in PCN

We missed the event in the Punggol PCN yesterday.  We ride there today to check it out.  However, all the temporary shelters are being dismantled.  All the sound systems are gone.  Only a gigantic red banner behind the water curtains remain.  It reads "Official Opening of National Games 2012".  B1 and B3 ride with me and we went through Punggol Point.  There are lots of fishermen but no one seems to have caught anything yet.
