Home-made Chendol

It is so easy to make chendol nowadays.  Everything is available at NTUC Fairprice.  The black jelly, the green "worms" (i.e. the real chendol), cold prepacked coconut milk and gula melaka.  I used young coconut as a container.  It cost only $1!  The taste is very passable considering it is such a shortcut.  It is not as nice as freshly squeeze coconut milk but far superior than canned coconut milk or those in a tetrapak.

I am satiated with my home-made dessert.  My boys are happy with the chuck tender beef although mummy is quite concerned with the rare part.
