Knowledge is accelerating at an increasing rate. The need to learn and unlearn is becoming critical. Training and development is an essential part of one's career as well as a good business strategy.
Reading improves vocabulary and understanding. Public speaking build confidence. Thinking skills increases effectiveness of actions.
