I was browsing through the books as usual in the bookstore. In a book that I cannot remember the title is one of the to-dos to be a good manager, one must spend at least one hour THINKING. It is something I have not been doing much lately. I have been more doing than thinking. I have to start making time to thinking. Having lots of work and tasks is no excuse for not thinking. It is a critical part of my job.
I resolved to T H I N K.
