I Ching, he book of Changes

I Ching is the ancient oracle of Chinese origins. There are many stories about I Ching. I remembered reading in Toronto Star that an experiment was done in New York to test I Ching ability to foretell the stock market. A sophiscated program was written and using I Ching the program foretell the stock index. The experimenter found that I Ching can predict the stock index to more than 90% accuracy. The question I have is why the experimenters did not make money. True, they were university students under supervision of a Professor. If I were them, I may think of a way to translate this experiment into a service to sell to mutual funds managers.
