Weight Gain

My weight was down after living in India for a week.  Although I enjoyed Indian food, I ate only two meals a day.  I skip dinner since my lunch is usually late and it is the same as dinner time with the 2 and half hour time difference.  I also wished I explored the resturants near my hotel earlier.  There were quite a few Chinese resturants.  Chinese food in Mumbai was quite nice.  I should have tried the Chinese food in New Delhi.  I only found the resturants after my last lunch in India when I walk about to explore.  The weather warms up a little making it easier to walk outside.

Now that I am back, I am eating healthily causing my weight to go up.  I exercise more as well but I guess I did not spend all my extra calories input.
