Today is the first day of a brand new year. It is a Public Holiday. So everyone is taking it easy. B3 is starting his P6 and prepared his school bag and all the homework he had to do. I start the day with a ride to PCN and B2 runs to keep his fitness level up.
We brought mum to eat curry fishhead in Ocean Curry FishHead in Toa Payoh Lorong 4. The black pepper chicken is quite tough. Pork chops are fine, I did not get to try the curry vegetable which my wife says it is good. The deep fried fish in soya sauce is quite tough but tasted okay. First mum goes out lunch with us since she landed early December. We will have to bring her to Hillman Resturant next time.
In the late afternoon, B2 accompany me to cycle. B3 sat on the passenger seat of our hybrid bike. The PCN is incredibly crowded. It looked like a popular place for everyone to exercise or take walks with their kids.
Later, I will have to go to airport to pick up B1. He is back from holiday in Taiwan.

Is the fish head curry cooked by a China man?
I do not know but many staff men and women are not local.
