Budget Terminal

The budget terminal in Changi reminds me of small airports.  It is quite retro.  Bring back memories of growing up. On the 25th of September at 2am, it will closed permanently and be rebuilt into Terminal 4.  The price of F&B is very reasonable compared to those in T1, T2 or T3.  The shops are designed like in what you see in exhibitions, long horizontal signage supported by thin vertical pillars.  The signages and letterings are similar with those in exhibitions.  There are plenty of ATMs or teller machines from different banks and all of them are in line of sight unlike the other terminals which are lost in the crowded and massive thoroughfare.  The atmosphere is cosy as there are not as many people.  It is like living in a small town.

I am sorry to see it has to make way for a spanking new and modern Terminal 4.
