My niece, P was in Melbourne a few weeks ago. She walked down memory lane and took a picture of the apartment she lived in for a few months. So I went to take a picture as well. It was right in Chinatown! It is in the heart of the city and RMIT is walking distance.
Eating out is expensive in Australia. It is just like Canada. A bowl of noodle $9 Aussie for small. Also there also a number of beggars on the street. I am disappointed with the bookshops here. The selection and choice are quite poor. Even the largest, Dymocks is not good. The pho is not as good as in Mississagua, Canada.
It is quite a nice city and has plenty to do.
