Meditation and Happiness

Search Inside Yourself is meditating and improving Emotional Intelligence.  Meditation is a powerful tool.  Something I find hard to do or practise.  There are plenty of exercise and I tried a couple.  It is quite easy to do.  I highly recommend this book.  Google has huge success and this is one of the success factor.

I am listening to Happiness Advantage and it is also quite interesting.  Willpower get used up and the way to change habit.  I am glad to learn more ways to keep happy.
