Accurate Forecast

I was on the way to drink tea at the AMK Ave 10 market.  On the FM90.5, Brian Richmond was giving the weather forecast that it is going to rain in several places this morning.  The sky was clear when he announced the rain forecast.  True enough, it actually rained an hour later.  Our weather forecast has improved compare to the general "isolated rain" many years ago and the rain did not come many times.  I remember my school teacher telling us that if it rains, the forecast is right and if it did not rain, the forecast is still right!  He did not think highly of the Meteorological Dept of Singapore.

This morning, I would say our Meterological Dept if it is still going by this name has redeem themselves.
