Changi Airport is so congested. The flights are always delayed taking off. SIA is also cutting cost a little too much. The aircrafts seems to be getting mechanical problems and have to be switched at the last minute. It is quite disruptive and stressful. My loyalty to this brand is a little shaken.
Still it is better than travelling in Indian Subcontinent. I hope the capacity of Changi improves and Singapore Airlines's standards does not drop. Otherwise, I have to seriously considering switching to another carrier.

yes it is getting worse @ Changi. My flight yesterday was delayed one hour! I was sitting on the plane for one hour waiting to take off. This has happened many times to me this year.
