Mistake!

I made a mistake! The haze is not from forest burning. It is from Shell refinery. The amount of particulate is so high that the rainwater we collect in the morning is grey. I wonder about our reservoir. We are collecting and drinking water polluted by the fire. The report says air quality is not affected on the mainland which is Singapore Island. Visually, the rain water is obviously contaminated. Are the particulate harmful? At least, we know they are not radioactive but can it be carcinogenic? What will be the long term effects?

I guess we will only know in future.
