Eating and Sitting

Kid you not. That is all I do today. I have breakfast, then sit in the room until tea break with tasty treats like mee siam, Thai fish cakes and raspberry tartlets. Back to more sitting on my butt until lunch and has Italian food with appetizers, pasta bolognaise and soup. Afternoon tea was my usual favorite chicken satay with tiramisu. We had nasi lemak dinner. I continue to the supermarket to get nuts to munch. No wonder my weight increase in meetings. Also it is the stress of unknown and change coming. Eating is a form of stress relief. I need to do exercise for stress release instead!
