Omens of Impending Disaster?

Strange phenomenon in the news. First dead black birds falling all over a small town in US. Today, Yahoo news reported many areas have dead birds. Many experts speculate the possible causes of mass death. One analysis showed they were drunk as they ate up the pulp of grapes used to make alcoholic drinks. Whatever the scientific reason, it is curious that there are so many incidents around the world this year. Also we have quite a number of floods. Now Brazil. Are these the signs of the world coming to an End?
