After returning from Shanghai, I come home to be down with sore throat and congested nose. Headaches bugged me. It is not restful sleep at night. I am not able to do my regular exercise and have funny aches all over.
Exhaustion sets in easily and I have to get ready for another trip next week. Work and work for a giant company to keep it prosperous. I am like a serf of big landowners of yore.
