Manila is exotic, warm, full of beautiful women and traffic jams. The food variety is excellent and inexpensive. I also manage to buy frozen bbq ribs from RACKS, a local resturant and brownie for my family.
Going away for a few days, make home sweeter. My boys are happy to see me and I am very happy to see them. Then it become familiar nagging from me i.e. why are they not spending time on their school work? Why are they playing computer game all the time?
The "Absence makes heart grows fonder" wears off fairly quickly...
