Hi Tony!

I just want to say "hi" to my good friend from Canada. I am glad he visited me again. He may have been out on a trip which was why he did not visit. He manages a Soccer Club in Canada. His wife run her own consultancy helping companies to run 6 Sigma program to improve quality.

It is spring in Canada now. To learn more about the latest happenings in Toronto, click here.

Hi Ken,

I really enjoy your blog. I was in Ottawa for a couple of days at the Canadian Soccer Association meetings. I am the Director of Operations with the Provincial body (Ontario Soccer Association) and we were reviewing their year end audit.

Then over the weekend, Denise's aunt and uncle visited from Newfoundland. They were supposed to fly in on Sat morning, but Westjet phoned them at 10:30pm Friday night and asked them if they wanted to take the midnight flight instead because St John's was going to get 40 cm of snow and they had cancelled all flights in Newfoundland Sat morning. They arrived around 3am Sat morning. I think it is only in Newfoundland that the airline phones you at home to let you know the flight is cancelled and offers options.

You are absolutely right. It is fantastic to live in a small town. In Singapore, we call this kampung spirit. Kampung is village in Malay.

It would be nice to enjoy all the snow as I will only be there for holiday!!!
