Learn to roller blades! I weigh myself before and after on a digital scale and yes, I weigh 600gm less after roller blading for half an hour. The almost never used muscles are activated. In order to roller blade beside falling forward, you have to be in a "horse stance" to lower your CG or center of gravity. I am slowly gaining traction in roller blading. I can roll forward slowly. There is a long road and I have begin with the first step. I will sustain my effort to make sure I am a competent "roller blader". This is my resolution.
