This morning I go to the market for Teh Halia. I stopped going for teh halia since the discovery of kidney stones. My weight is also creeping up. It is two kgs every year. Time to reduce. My classmate who is the doctor says I have to reduce my food intake by 25% and exercise. He run twice a week for 8 to 9 km. Exercise mean 45 mins to 1 hours of sustained elevated heart rate. Then I can really burn calories. My kind of swimming he says is recreational and has no effect on weight reduction.
So I resolved to exercise seriously to keep my weight down.
