My Wife read this blog last night while I was blissfully in dreamland. Her impression is I write like a single man. I only wrote about my boys or buying milk powder for B3.

I don't think you write as if you are a single guy, I just think you write about your experiences with meals, shopping, etc. which don't seem to involve your wife. To solve the problem you should take your wife our for nice dinners more often and then you can write about both of your meals!
