A short nap refreshes. I was waken up my own snores! Can you imagine this? It is embarassing and also a problem. Snoring is a sign of restricted airways. This mean diminished oxygen going into the brain. Snoring also mean sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a condition when breathing is stop. If you wake up feeling tired and not rested, check for sleep apnea.
Both Tan Tock Seng and National University Hospital offers sleep studies. Sleep apnea can be treated.
