Ram Charan is now the world top consultant as reported in the latest issue of Fortune. CEOs loved him and he travels around the world constantly. He does not own a house until recently. Nothing was mentioned about his immediate family except those in India he left behind. The journalist says Ram talks only business.
My ex-boss had dinner with him as he was the consultant for my previous company as well. His impression of Ram is Ram is all business. There is nothing else in his life. Another colleague of mine attended his talk in KL.

You are right! CEOs loved and loves him. Some for more than 30 years and they are still paying for his service. GE current chairman still consult him. Previous chairman, Jack Welch consulted Ram for more than 27 years!
