The Joy of Training

It is a wonderful on top-of-the-world feeling when my training was appreciated. It helps to get attentive and eager students. All young and upcoming sales reps. They are very enthusiatic and asked all the questions on the issues they face on their day-to-day responsibilities. Conducting training is "flow" to me. Flow is a term coined by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Psychology expert, for achieving a state of nirvana in work.

With a regular training program, I know the Amazon team(all females warriors) in Thailand will achieve greater productivity. The track record of my team is testimony to learn, develop and grow on people. We grew from a team of 7 for US$3 million sales to a team of 9 with sales of US$11 million. Productivity per headcount increase can be dramatic and the CEO who is passionate about training is Andrew Grove of Intel. It really works!
