7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Stephen Covey's first book that is on the bestseller list sixteen years ago. I like the habit, Sharpen your Saw. Covey relate the story of two woodcutters. One who work non-stop. The other takes a rest after cutting every tree. Who do you think will cut more trees at the end of the day? Why?

Sharpen the Saw surrounds the other habits on the Seven Habits paradigm because it is the habit that makes all the others possible. It is the principle of Balanced Self-renewal. We have to keep ourselves healthy with the right amount of rest, recreation and training.
