Right things vs things right

A request for example...I have to rack my brain and put on my thinking cap....

First, what is right things? Right things can mean strategy or priorities. Things right mean tactics or process done correctly. So the right thing to do for example is to get the order first. Once you have the order, then you have to do things right. That is goods or service has to be delivered as promised. Sometime, quality did not meet expectation. Or some element of service was not good. If you fix the quality or service issue, even if some things are not done right. You still have the business. When a customer complains, she still want to do business with you. Complaints is the gift of business.
