Body Response After Sunday's Run

My low back is sore and stiff.  It is clear I have backache.  This is the bad news.  Good news is my knees are fine!  I will need to strengthen my core muscles.  I am happy that my knees have improved but my back is worse off.

I had back issues since army days when heavy lifting wrench my low back or waist in Sinseh's terminology.  With yoga and back exercises my back pain can be controlled but it keeps coming back.  I look at how my boys climb the stairs and know age is catching up with me.
