Everytime in China, for every meal, I will request for the cold dish - lightly pickled cucumber. I really enjoy the crunchy juicy treat. Now, I can make my own at home. Even my wife likes it. It is so easy to make once I know how. It is a number of tries to perfect this dish. B1's girlfriend was liked some of the cold dishes I made. She asked her mum to get the ingredients and try to make them at home too. The cold tofu is really to do as you can have prepack tofu in the fridge.
