I have been hunting around looking for car accessories shops. I went to Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, Sin Ming and finally found the fan in First Centre five minutes from my home. It is like the proverbial searching high and low, searching far and it is right under my nose.
The 12V fan is S$28. I have to negotiate hard. The vendor wanted $35 and then dropped to $30. I asked for $25 and he refused. Finally, I gave $28 and we had a deal. I am glad to be able to finally use the power of the sun at home.
