It is our family "Eat ducks" day. We had Hong Kong Roast Duck for lunch. $18 for half a duck. Then we had Smoked Duck at sale price of $17 per duck. Usual price is $25. Hong Kong Roast Duck is a recommendation from my wife's colleague. It is from a coffee shop in Blk 133 Ang Mo Kio. The chef is from Hong Kong and roast it Cantonese-style. My wife likes the roast duck very much. After all, she is from the same dialect group.
Our boys enjoyed the food as well. I guess they will love ducks like their daddy. Ducks is the favorite food of Teochews and this was pass down from their grandma who is a Teochew.
Chinese Cuisine is so wonderfully diverse and different.
