Three boys were cycling along the PCN when one of the fell from his bicycle and hurt himself. Worse is he fell on exactly the same way as he previously injured himself. So the whole flesh on his knee was torn off and the bone was showing. He was bleeding but no artery was cut. He must be in deep pain. I wipe off the river of blood on his calf with dead leaves as we do not have any tissue paper. We brought him to the Community Center where he seek help there.
It is a long time since I see an exposed living bone. I feel sorry for this boy.
