Yong Tau Foo

The food center in People's Park serves the most delicious yong tau foo. It is standard fishball, rolled beancurd skin, fried taufoo and boiled taufood. The soup is liberally sprinkled with crispy deepfried anchovies. The soup is flavourful and a delight to slurp on a spoon.

The queue is long and slow moving but as soon as the food reaches the mouth, very clearly it is worth the wait. There are two yong tau food stalls with long queue. Both are equally good. So go ahead and queue.
