Magnificent Lightnings

I was driving yesterday and today while it was raining. The lightning flashes are quite blinding. It is like flash of camera. It is quite scary as I am blinded by the intense and spark burst of light for a couple of seconds each time. I think the lightnings not only frequent but larger and more intense. Both frequency and magnitude have dramatically increase. I am afraid our storms are going to get more and more violent. This is not good as Singapore was blessed with the geography where it is naturally sheltered from natural disasters like earthquake, typoons or tsunami. We will begin to experience more floods and falling trees in future.
