Unwell

I am down with sore throat and cough. Nose is congested, so breathing is laboured. Congestion also cause sinus headache. I should have seen a doctor to get medicine to relief my symptons. I thought I will get better but instead I am feeling weak and exhausted.

Today, with all the electronics media like TV, internet, emails caused attention span to shorten and hyperactivity. Reading a book slows down our minds and allow us more time to think. Thinking helps us solve deep problems.
