Shopping for TV

My Philips LCD 32" TV broke down again. I decided to look for a new TV to replace it. This TV cost $4,000 when I bought 5 years ago. Today, a 42" ultrathin LED TV cost $1,500 or less. I wonder what possessed me to buy such an expensive TV when money was worth a lot more. LG seems to provide good value and nice design. Ultra thin, sleek with a small black glossy edge framing the display, I think I will go for it. The price is the most attractive as well. I am a shopper to get the best value. Not the lowest price but LG happens to offer the lowest price. I am really cheap!
