The PCN or Park Connector Network along the Punggol River is buzzing with joggers, cyclists and families taking walks. Looks like it is very popular or may be it is just new and Singaporeans love new places.
Cycling now takes more efforts as we now have to avoid many moving obstacles. The other negative aspect is foul smells from the water. Lots of waste get wash to the resevoir. The water is so dirty I wonder about our drinking water.
