My mother will be going for total knee replace next week. My youngest sister will go over to Toronto to take care of her and keep her company for two weeks. I really appreciate my sister care and concerns for Mum.
Mum has been living alone in Toronto since I relocate back to Singapore 9 years ago. She has bad knees and one of them has degenerated to the point where she cannot bend the leg. She has been using a walker to move around her apartment. I have been asking her to operate every time she came back to Singapore and she always refused. Her condition must be really bad for her to change her mind.
Mum, please get well and be healthy.
