Snowing At Narita

The weather forecast before I travel was low of 8 celcius. When I landed at 5 pm, it was started to snow. Nice clumpy yet very light snow. The temperature reads 0.5 celcius. So much for the weather forecast. I did not pack warmer clothing because I trusted the forecast. Next time I must not trust the forecast as much as the weather pattern has changed and forecasting based on past parameters may not be as accurate as before.
