Lights out in many building. Non-essential lights of Wisma Atria and ION were out as well. Many live bands. Orchard Road is lively indeed! Metro has a 20% discount sale and the queues are loooong.
Singapore is very vibrant at night. The malls are full of people shopping. It seems like Sleepless in Singapore is becoming popular. I need my beauty sleep. So this kind of outing will be once in a blue moon for us.
