My boys are busy with their holiday programs. B1 is out for his school camp, B2 is working for his uncle and B3 is in a camp as well. So I have peace in my home office to focus on my work.
Tomorrow I am looking forward to roast duck in Sunrise Resturant in KL. It was featured in Straits Time before and I am now a regular of this resturant. The duck has very smooth red skin and grilled to perfection in large charcoal fire. The chef will painstaking remove any hairs or feathers during the roasting process. This one of the best roast duck even better than the famous Peking Duck in Beijing.
