Drinking Water and other fluids

I am drinking like no tomorrow. I met another doctor who send her daughter to the same gym class as my B3. She says drinking two to three liters of water will cause the stone to flow out. It is going to hurt as it come out even though she is of the opinion that it is a small stone. Another gym mother says that her mum has the same problem and there were infections and inflammation of the kidney. It quite "easy" to treat as the doctor just blast the stone to bits and all pass out through urination.
Although my condition hurts, I am assure the treatment is simple and can be fixed easily. May cost me a lot of dollars. I will find out once I see the specialist.
