It is important to have a good maid who can get things done. This free time for us to do our own work effectively. Likewise in the office, we must have good staff. Good competent and capable staff enhance performance. It takes a lot of training and coaching to help staff gain competency. Investment in increasing and improving capability will give good returns in future. Right now it is taking too much time working and working.
My current maid is very competent and have excellent attitude. She can cook and does all the cleaning without being told. She can communicate well and understand instructions. In short, she is a grrrreat help!
