Amazing Service by HP

I have a new laptop, a tablet which is the new issue for work. The stylus broke into two and I brought it to HP for service. They dismantle the screen to take out all the broken pieces of the stylus. There is a small circuit board inside. The replacement part was not available. HP delivers! HP call me yesterday to tell me to the stylus is ready. I took the delivery option. I was at Mad Jack for lunch when the delivery guy called and tell me he is at my door steps. I redirected him to come to Mad Jack and he did and gave me the new stylus.

I am totally impressed by HP service. This is going the extra mile. No wonder Dell is in trouble.
