Sea...food. Crispy sotong, black pepper crab, deep fried chicken in peking duck style, kangkong in belachan and braised pork with bun. Mmmm! great food and great company. Final touch was pumelo in mango juice.
The sea breeze is cool and right across the bay, numerous cranes in the construction site of the Integrated Resort or Casino. The Merlion spray sea water continuously. It was a wonderful evening with my colleagues from Australia.
