Gourmet Butchery in Parkway Parade

There is a gourmet butchery in Parkway Parade. The meats looked interesting. There are different cuts and price is at premium. Beef, mutton, pork and chicken seasoned or fresh. Some are threaded in a stick or kebab.

We bought baby back ribs and cajun chicken breast. The customer before me bought hundred and twenty dollars worth of meat in two handcarry bags. My ribs is $17+ and breast was $1.80. We barbeque at night for dinner and the ribs was excellent, very juicy and seasoning at the right touch and not overpowering. The breast was dry and taste average.

The boys were out with me to do the bbq and I feel like a role model teaching and showing my sons the ways a father should be. We had fun.
