Gu Chap or Mixed Beef Parts
Yes, I have eaten gu chap that costs only HK$30 per bowl. It is more expensive than foodcourt in Singapore at about $6. It is good, very good. Delicious! Yummy! I am glad to taste my favorite Cantonese food in Hong Kong.

I ate siew ngoh or roast goose as well...it was yummy. BL
